Ed's Big Plans

Brief: A general trend has been emerging with oGem. Because of the distributed nature of the team, there is a need to better assign work, to better evaluate progress and to better synchronize goals; it looks like solid milestones and timelines are in the works. On a side note, work has begun on discussing oGem and broader goals with other Canadian teams– one very ‘warm and fuzzy’ idea is the use of a decidedly Canadian logo on Canadian iGem team uniforms at this year’s Boston/MIT November conference. The idea has so far been met with approval from the teams that responded to the survey.
