\usepackage[plainpages=false,colorlinks=false,pdfborder={0 0 0},pdfduplex=DuplexFlipLong-Edge,pdftitle={\mytitle},pdfauthor={\myauthor}]{hyperref}
This command allows you to use hyperref (the hyperlink / hyper reference) package without causing blue boxes to appear around all links.
