According to Dr. LeRoy...

• DOOR X should be made into a one-way always-locked door so that no key entry is possible, but exit is always allowed (fire code)
• DOOR Y should be a normal keyed door as it is now (leave this alone)
• The area marked by ZZZ should be a new normal keyed door like door Y
