- Installed in Tin, Pewter as /usr/local/bin/dsspcmbi and usr/local/bin/dssp (symbolic link)
- Installed in TinUbuntu as /usr/bin/dsspcmbi and usr/local/bin/dsspcmbi (symbolic link)
ProFit [2]
- compile from source; requires a free license
- Installed in Tin as /usr/local/bin/profit
- Installed in TinUbuntu as /usr/bin/profit
PyMol [3]
- via apt-get; opensource-pay-for-service model
- Not easily installed for OSX, was installed in TinUbuntu instead.
- Installed as /usr/bin/pymol
FASTA3 [4] (suite)
- Installed in Tin, Pewter, TinUbuntu in /edbin/
- Add: export PATH=$PATH:/edbin to .profile
