Solution: Dryer gets hot but doesn't dry

Problem

• Dryer gets hot as normal and doesn't dry

Details

• Clearing the lint trap does not help
• Running for more cycles does not help
• Clothes dry marginally faster than a load waiting to be dried that's sitting in a basket

Solution

• The vent is blocked -- go to the outside of your house, pop open the cover and clear the lint out
• Our vent is pressure sealed -- yours might require screws
