Sunny had an allergic reaction to one of the components of his booster shot. Only his face swelled up like a chipmunk and he was very uncomfortable -- we took him to an emergency clinic where he received (1) a steroid hormone and, (2) an antihistamine (active component of Benadryl)

Sunny was prescribed 6mg of Benadryl per eight hours from then for six doses.
