Ten Points is a pointless point collecting game where arbitrary multiples of ten points are given away for arbitrary scavenger hunt style challenges. Prizes may exist at a later date, right now I'm broke and mostly insane from thesis coalescence syndrome.

August 2, 2010 Ducky Deeds (spurious)
Dave, Alison and I saved an injured duck today. :) Hope it's getting better
we were just walking by a creek near our house and this duck was flapping in the water in circles with one wing up and its head flapping everywhere. So we took it out of the water and it wasn't well. It's head kept wanting to lean back to its right and we thoughts a wing or leg wasn't working, but they ended up working. But the duck's right eye was half closed and bleeding.
We called Mississauga Animal Services, but they don't have facilities and told us to call Toronto Wildlife Center. The TWC asked us to bring the duck to them in Downsview Park. So we got a towel and a box. The towel for comfort and so it can't see so it would calm down, although it was half passed out anyway. So Dave and I drove the duck there. I hope it's recovering.
